Every result passes five checks before it counts.
AI does the reading. Fixed rules do the deciding. If any check fails, the item stops and goes to your team, with the reason written down.
AI reads the input

From your first message to a workflow that runs on its own.
Six steps, and you can stop after any of them.
You describe the problem
Two sentences in the form below: what takes up your team’s time, and roughly how much.

If it looks like a fit, you get a link to book a call. If it doesn’t, you get an honest answer and a simpler idea.
1 working dayA 30-minute call
How the work happens today: where it arrives, who touches it, and what “correct” means.
30 minutesThe fit analysis
A week on your workflow, then the four answers below in writing, including payback in months.
One weekOne workflow, built and checked
One process first, tested against your real data before anything reaches your books.
In writingHanded over, kept running
Plain-language documentation, on accounts you own, with one person to call.
Ongoing
Not every workflow should be automated. The fit analysis tells you which.
After a 30-minute call, I spend a week on your workflow and answer four questions in writing. If the answers are no, I say so, and you don’t pay for a build.
Get in touchIs it repeated often enough?
How many times a month the work happens, and how long each one takes.
Hours a monthCan the rules be written down?
Tax, limits and approvals must be exact. AI is used only where judgement is needed.
Rules foundIs the data reachable?
What I can safely read and write in Tally, your ERP, WhatsApp and bank feeds.
Systems checkedDoes it pay back?
The build cost against the hours saved, stated in months.
Months to pay back
You’ll work with the person who builds it.
AmplifyBiz is run by a software engineer with more than eight years of building software that businesses rely on every day, and more than five years of working directly with founders and CTOs, internationally.
That background is the point. AI is good at reading messy orders, photos and voice notes, but it isn’t reliable on its own. So every workflow is built the way production software is: exact rules check each result, every step is logged, and anything unusual stops and goes to a person.
Your accounts, your data
Everything runs on accounts you own. You can see what it does, and switch it off.
Written down and handed over
Each workflow comes with plain-language notes on what it does and why.
Problems surface, they don’t hide
When a check fails, the item stops and your team is told exactly why.
Small first
One workflow before anything bigger, so you see it working on your own data.
Questions owners ask first.
If yours isn’t here, ask it in the form below.
What happens if you’re unavailable?
The workflows don’t need anyone watching them: they run on their own and stop safely when a check fails. Everything is documented and runs on your accounts, so another developer could take over if they ever had to.
Is AI making decisions about our money?
No. AI reads orders, bills and messages. Fixed rules check totals, tax and limits, and anything above the limits you set waits for a person to approve it.
Which tools do you work with?
Tally, most Indian ERPs, Excel and Google Sheets, Gmail, WhatsApp Business and bank statement exports. If yours isn’t listed, the fit analysis checks it.
Do we have to change how we work?
Usually not. Orders, bills and messages keep arriving where they do today, and the workflow picks them up from there.
What does it cost?
It depends on the workflow. The fit analysis states the build cost and the payback in months, in writing, before you commit to anything. If it won’t pay back, I’ll say so.
Who can see our data?
Only what each workflow needs, through access you control and can remove at any time.
Tell me what’s taking up your team’s time.
I read every enquiry myself and reply by email within one working day. If it’s a fit, you’ll get a link to book a call. If automation won’t pay back for you, I’ll say so.
